The Southwest Cargo booking platform provides you the opportunity to book your Next Flight Guaranteed™ shipments up to 10 days in advance. With no booking fees, an easy-to-view online booking history, customer address book, and instant online booking status, you'll get ship done easier than ever before.

By submitting this form, you are requesting an online booking account with Southwest Cargo. You are not guaranteed approval. Online bookings will take place on a third party site.

Who is eligible for an online booking account?
  • Must posses a valid Shipper ID.
  • Cannot have an existing online booking option associated to your master account.
  • Your Shipper ID must be the billed-to account when creating a booking. At this time, third party billing is not supported via the booking platform.
What shipments are accepted for online booking?
  • Shipments may be a maximum weight of 100 lbs per AWB.
  • Only shipments within the continental United States are allowed. Advanced booking is not available for shipments to Hawaii, San Juan, and International markets.
  • Human Remain shipments are not included in online booking.

By checking the box, you acknowledge and agree to the privacy policy, contract of carriage, the terms and conditions, and the Terms and Stipulations you agreed to when creating an account with Southwest Airlines Co. (“Southwest”) and that, if approved by Southwest for an online booking account, (1) in order to pre-book shipments with Southwest Cargo, a dedicated air waybill block is required, (2) Southwest will automatically open a request for your initial block of air waybills on your behalf and for any subsequent air waybill blocks for online booking you will need open them using the Air Waybill Request form, and (3) Southwest will share and acknowledge your information with Southwest’s online booking service provider.
